At We Are Floors we offer our customers valuable support from purchase to delivery. We have a couple delivery options available to you.

Curbside Pickup:

Welcome to We Are Floors, where convenience meets flexibility! In addition to our reliable delivery service, we offer you the option to pick up your materials at your own convenience, 7 days a week, within our store’s operating hours.

We understand that some customers prefer to handle the pickup process themselves, and we’re here to accommodate your preferences. When you choose to pick up your materials, you can do so on your own schedule, allowing you the flexibility to coordinate with your project timeline.

Best of all, there are absolutely NO storage fees involved! You can take your time browsing our store, gathering your materials, and loading them into your vehicle without any added pressure. Our staff will be on hand to assist you as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient pickup experience.

Whether you opt for our convenient delivery service or choose to pick up your materials in-store, you can trust that We Are Floors is committed to providing you with exceptional service and support every step of the way.

Home Delivery:

Transporting heavy flooring materials can be a hassle, which is why we offer convenient delivery options to make your experience seamless and stress-free.

Our delivery service includes a hand unload directly to a flat surface at garage level, ensuring that your materials are safely and conveniently placed exactly where you need them.

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday on a first scheduled, first-served basis. To schedule your delivery, simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your desired delivery date. We’ll handle the rest!

Please note that our deliveries are fulfilled by MDROP, a trusted third-party materials delivery service. With a maximum weight capacity of 4000 lbs. per trip, rest assured that your order will be handled efficiently and securely.

If your order exceeds the maximum weight limit, don’t worry! We’ll split the shipment into two deliveries to accommodate your needs.

Our delivery fees are calculated based on both weight and distance from We Are Floors. Prices are per trip and do not include tax:

21 to 30 miles $199
31 to 40 miles $224
41 to 60 miles $270
